As part of the brand strategy and copywriting team, I wrote the copy and developed the message strategy for Hooters’ email campaigns that were sent to millions of their loyal customers.
We bolstered their marketing campaigns through these emails, maintaining an average 28% open rate (13% above industry standard) and a steady increase of in-restaurant visits and online orders.
