REALOGY
In early 2020, Realogy, the nation’s largest provider of real estate services and franchises such as Coldwell Banker, Century 21, and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, turned to Vert to market their new affinity programs.
My role with Realogy has been to help coordinate, strategize, and craft their ongoing digital initiatives through copy, SEO, and CRO. This includes copy and strategy for paid media campaigns, automated email campaigns, and landing pages.
Case Study: AARP Landing Page Redesign
To enhance their users’ experiences on the site and drive more leads, Realogy asked our team to redesign their AARP affinity program landing page.
After an extensive Hotjar analysis to determine behavior on the site, I collaborated with our design and development teams to optimize their landing page for conversations. I rewrote headlines and strengthened copy on the page to better highlight the benefits of the program and push users to sign up.
The result? A 50% increase in conversions on the new landing page.
